All products are supplied by third-party manufacturers and vendors who are solely responsible for complying with legal and safety standards. 4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices on the website are listed inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment must be completed at the time of ordering, using the methods indicated on the website. If payment is not received on time, VanguardRetailStore reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery and Fulfillment
5.1 We aim to process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. All delivery times provided are indicative and are not legally binding deadlines.
5.2 VanguardRetailStore is not liable for any delays caused by external factors, including force majeure or third parties such as logistics providers.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1 In accordance with applicable consumer law, customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us via info@vanguardretailstore.com. We will then provide return instructions.
6.2 Products intended for personal care or hygiene — such as cosmetics — may only be returned if the original packaging and seal remain intact. Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6.3 Underwear items, including bras and panties, are excluded from returns due to hygiene concerns, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by VanguardRetailStore.
6.4 If a return is approved, the customer must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs and any associated risks are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Warranty, Liability, and Complaints
7.1 We warrant that products conform to reasonable standards of usability and as described. Any defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
