At VanguardRetailStore Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

🕒 Return Conditions (15-Day Policy)

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 15 days or without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

💥 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

Or if you receive the wrong item

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our main policy, items must be returned in the original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging — with proof of purchase.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
