Return & Refund Policy

At VanguardRetailStore Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 Return Conditions (15-Day Policy)

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In the same condition you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase returns requested after 15 days or without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.

 How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
