We aim to process and ship all orders within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

In most cases, orders are shipped sooner than 14 days, but during peak times or due to supplier delays, the full 14-day window may apply.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
